Agility Technologies Inc. is an Illinois-based consulting and automation firm founded by Adeel Ahmad, who has spent over 20 years moving between two disciplines that turn out to need the same instincts: telecommunications RF engineering and enterprise Agile delivery.
That career has run through financial services, retail, and federal programs, including delivery work tied to Mastercard, Discover, Truist, Macy's, the U.S. Coast Guard, and T-Mobile. It's the kind of background that treats a sprint board and an RF network the same way: both fail quietly until someone builds in the discipline to catch problems early.
Agility Technologies exists to bring that discipline, and the automation that should come with it, into programs that are still running on manual status updates and ceremonies nobody designed on purpose.
